Thank you for choosing SVRCIndia for your professional service needs. We are committed to providing high-quality service and clear terms for our engagement.

  1. General Policy

This policy governs the cancellation of services and the conditions under which a refund may be issued. By purchasing services from SVRCINDIA,  you agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. Cancellation of Services by Client

The specific cancellation terms depend on the type of service purchased and the stage of engagement:

  • Fixed-Term Projects/Packages:
    • Cancellation before Project Commencement within 7 days of payment and before any work has started: You may cancel and receive a full refund, minus a small administrative fee of 20% to cover processing costs.
    • Cancellation after Project Commencement: Once work has begun, cancellation will be subject to a charge for all work completed up to the date of written cancellation, advance payment made for professional fees plus any non-refundable expenses incurred Such as challans, Digital Signature Payments, any other out of pocket expenses.

  • Retainer/Subscription Services:
    • Monthly Retainers: Services can be canceled at any time with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the next full billing cycle following the notice period. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period’s fee, regardless of usage.
    • Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. A refund for the unused portion of the subscription may be provided, calculated on a pro-rata basis, but the services used will be charged at the standard monthly retainer rate, which may be higher than the discounted annual rate.

  1. Service Interruptions and Force Majeure

If a project or service must be suspended or canceled due to circumstances beyond the control of both parties (e.g., natural disasters, significant illness, government action, or other Force Majeure events), a pro-rata refund will be issued for uncompleted work, calculated as per Section 2 (Fixed-Term Projects) on a fair and equitable basis, less any unavoidable expenses already incurred by SVRCINDIA.

  1. Refunds
  • Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable under the conditions explicitly outlined in Section 2 (Cancellation) and Section 3 (Service Interruptions).

  • Non-Refundable Items: The following are typically non-refundable:
    • Administrative or processing fees.
    • Payments made for completed work or services rendered.
    • Third-party costs, such as Government Challan, Digital Signatures, or external vendor fees or any other out of pocket expenses, once those costs have been paid.

  • Refund Process:
    • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@svrcindia.com or through our official contact form.
    • The request must include the client’s name, service purchased, date of purchase, and the reason for the request.
    • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval and will be issued back to the original method of payment used during the purchase.

  1. Cancellation by SVRCINDIA

SVRCINDIA reserves the right to cancel or terminate a service agreement if:

  • The client is in breach of the service agreement terms (including non-payment).
  • The client exhibits abusive, harassing, or unreasonably demanding behavior.
  • The continued engagement would result in a material breach of ethical or legal obligations.

In the event of cancellation by SVRCINDIA for reasons other than a client breach, a full or pro-rata refund for uncompleted work will be issued. If the cancellation is due to a client breach, no refund will be issued, and the client will be liable for the full contracted amount.6. Contact Information
